4-H Family and Consumer Science Curriculum Committee

The 4-H Family and Consumer Sciences (4-H FCS) committee meets once or twice a year to review and prioritize the development and purchase of materials in this area. See Existing Curriculum or the PA 4-H Web site for a current list of projects.

If you would like to join the committee for a one or two-year term, send an e-mail to Christy Bartley and/or Jan Scholl and indicate your interest. Sometimes the committee meets by e-mail, and at other times a face-to-face meeting is necessary.

Comments, inputs, and concerns are sought from leaders, members, and extension educators year-round. Send these to Jan Scholl.

The subcommittees for the State 4-H Fashion Revue and the Foods and Nutrition Judging Contest represent both leaders and educators. If you would like to be on these committees, please send and e-mail to Jan Scholl and let her know how you would like to be involved. To serve at the event, committee members should be present at the planning meetings.
