Dear Regional Fashion Revue Chairperson:

It is time to send in your order for the Regional Fashion Revue ribbons. Please submit or return the attached order form by May 1.

I have included the approximate cost for each ribbon. The actual cost will be determined by the number of each in the total order. Your bill will arrive with the ribbon order.
