    • Don't miss this opportunity to hear the latest research findings and current perspectives on nutrition at this one-day conference. Topics will include:
      • Iron deficiency: effects on development and cognitive functioning
      • The development of children's eating behaviors and weight gain patterns
      • Poverty and obesity in children: costs and benefits
      • Nutrition and the prevention of cancer
      • Obesity and aging: a new look at an old problem
      • Translating eating competence into education for adults
