Unites Generations

STATE COLLEGE —
Stephen Watkins is a 23-year-old student at Penn State. Jo Ward, a 90-year-old
resident at Foxdale Village. In the normal course of events, the two
would probably not have sat down to discuss politics, fiscal responsibility
or government reforms. But they did Monday night, as part of an intergenerational
discussion on America’s fiscal future.
